A solid year of work
Alpha Chauffeur was a year long project that involved several phases. The client wanted several things done for her company, including a change in identity. The client wanted an identity that was young, fresh, clean and vibrant. She also wanted something animated for her landing page that could show off what her business had on offer for drivers who were seeking financial freedom.

Logo & Identity
I went about with getting her logo done up first, because that sets the tone for the rest of her overall branding. I did up a typography based ambigram design that could also double up for her other company, Alpha Rider. The client requested for the color silver on a red background. The font used for the ambigram effect is custom hand drawn typography.
Print & Design
With the logo done, I worked on her name cards and other business collateral’s for her. For her name cards, I worked on a square design, specifically because the logo was an ambigram. This way when the cards were handed to the recipients, they would see the company name whichever side it was facing.
For the clients website, I designed something that had a slightly playful element. They wanted to break away from the normal corporate feel that had saturated their market and instead go with an approach that was more relaxed and in line with their identity. They wanted to play with a mix of vibrant colors and images that tell a story.
I used the landing page to show via animations that anybody could sign up, become a chauffeur and earn some great income, with an emphasis on freedom to earn as much as they want. The contact form would capture the users information and send it off to the CRM system in the backend. From there, they are able to assign their managers to the new sign ups where contact can be done for an interview with the candidate. Then, they would either approve or deny the driver. The great thing is the data remains on their server, within their system.
The CRM also had the ability to manage their internal staff and had a variable set of permissions for each level of user. This is to ensure that the data available was only accessible to the accounts with the right permissions. The management system includes their staffs performance, attendance, leave application and other custom requirements. It was also great at generating monthly reports, useful for the accounts as well as the managers who were managing the drivers and needed the statistics.
The last and probably most powerful bit of the CRM was the ability to control and manage income and accounts, for both internal and external staff. One of the ways Alpha Chauffeur did business was once the driver signed up, they collected a monthly fee from the chauffeurs and loaned them vehicles and licences to operate. They also ran a workshop and carwash service that was offered to their drivers to take advantage off. This data is inputted in the back end of their CRM system and managed by only key members of their staff.
